My life has improved, I feel better both physically and mentally

Hello everyone, my name is Andrea Lorusso and I am 37 years old. Months ago a friend of mine talked to me about health prevention, explaining me the importance of a healthy nutrition and its results on our body.

He introduced me to the Bioimis Nutritional Academy, a place where they teach you a different and healthy nutritional lifestyle that will help you achieve more energy and vitality.

At first, I must be honest, I had some doubts. I couldn't believe that one could loose weight by eating, and given that I had done many diets before, I thought it to be impossible.

However, I decided to give a shot to this journey and quickly I changed my opinion....the scale was smiling at me! I started off weighting 99 kg, and after three months I weight 77 kg.

My life has improved, I feel better not only physically but also mentally. I want to take the opportunity to thank the Bioimis Staff for their competence.
