Under Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we inform you that the personal data provided through placing an order or during the execution of the contract will be collected and treated in the manner and for the purposes set out below.
A) Data contents
The treatment covers the following personal information:
- personal details (name, last name, gender, address, email address, telephone number) disclosed at the time of registration;
- height, current weight, wrist circumference;
- personal data that you voluntarily disclosed, using the social tools of the Site;
- personal data that you voluntarily disclosed, by asking questions to our Staff or our nutritional biologists via the special functions of our Site or Call Center.
B) Purpose of data processing and processing methods
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- Service provision requested by you;
- administrative or accounting fulfillments;
- fulfilment of legal obligations;
- information of commercial nature.
The collection and processing of your personal data, your weight, your height, your wrist circumference as well as other data provided through your questions to our Staff are essential for providing the Service requested; if you do not wish to share such information with us, please do not send the order to finalise the contract.
Only with your explicit consent your personal details will be used for the delivery by any means (mail, e-mail, phone) of promotional or commercial information on our end and from our trading partners; you can choose at any time not to receive such information without interfering with the Service provision.
Finally, as regards the information you put about through the use of social media tools on the Site, we inform you that such information is not required for registering; however, please remember that if you do decide to use these tools to share personal information about yourself, you accept the terms of use established in the General Conditions; concerning this we invite you to read further below the designated section.
The processing of your personal data is done through the use of proper tools and procedures guaranteeing your security and confidentiality and it can be done either in paper form or by electronic file.
C) Area of disclosure of personal data
The data can be communicated:
- to public and private individuals, who can access the data in accordance with legal provisions or regulations within the limits indicated by law;
- to entities engaged in auxiliary or instrumental activities compared with the above mentioned objectives (for example those responsible for computer maintenance);
- to our business partners to send information of commercial nature.
D) Subjects to whom the data may be disclosed
In addition to all the above, even all the other parties such as managers or agents handling personal data may be aware of them from time to time.

F) Retention
The data collected will be stored only for the time necessary to achieve the objectives described above, with regard to the protection of our rights or legitimate interests in any court or administrative proceedings.
G) Rights of the Interested Party
At any time the interested party can exercise their rights under Article 7 of the Privacy Code:
1. The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of his/her personal data, even if such data have yet to be recorded, and to receive their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The person concerned has the right to obtain evidence related to:
a) the origin of their personal data;
b) the purposes and manners of processing;
c) the logic applied in case of processing executed with the help of electronic devices;
d) the identification data of the owner, managers, and the appointed representative according to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or disclosed as having been appointed representative(s) of the country, manager(s), or agent(s) in charge.
3. The person concerned has the right to attain:
a) the updating, correction or, when they are interested, additions to the data;
b) the cancellation, the changing into anonymous or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those data whose conservation is unnecessary and do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the certification claiming that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except for the case where such compliance is impossible or involves the use of manifestly disproportionate means compared to the protected right.
4. The person concerned has the right to object in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons related to the processing of his/her personal data, even related to collection purposes;
b) to the processing of his/her personal data for purposes of sending advertising or direct selling materials, or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
