First success story after 40 days of being in the program

My name is Giusy Biscuso, I am 44 and I found out about Bioimis thanks to my coworker who had already started this journey with incredible results.

Out of curiosity I asked him a few questions. It took me a while to make this decision. I didn't feel good with myself anymore therefore I decided to start with this new journey. My weight, at the beginning of the program was 108 kilograms, today after no more than 2 months I have lost 16 kilograms.

My perspective is totally changed. I am pleased to walk inside any store and find clothes my size without having to go to special size store. My concept of food is totally changed, and how I look at my body as well.

By following the BIOIMIS program, I experienced a total transformation not only physical. With commitment and determination I was able to lose about 40 kilogram, and now my mental perspective towards food has changed positively.

Thanks to the BIOIMIS method I have acquired awareness on balanced nutrition, without having to be satisfied with small size meal. I have learned that what makes you gain weight is not the so called calories, but the combination of foods together.

Finally, going shopping for clothes does not represent a situation of discomfort, but an enjoyable time.
