I have learned to eat all foods!!

Hello everyone, my name is Vincenzo and I am 21 years old. In the past I followed a diet based on the nutritional intolerance, and with lots of sacrifices and negative results I was always at the same point even if combined to physical activity.

I started my Bioimis journey on September 12 with a starting weight of 108.8 kg, and after only 78 days my weight is 88 kg. When I started the Program I didn't eat all kinds of food, but I knew that this one was a balanced diet instead, where I needed to eat all foods.

Therefore, I learnt to eat foods that I didn't before. I never felt empty on the stomach because I ate to fullness, which is something that almost never happens when on a diet...

I finally fell that i have reached my goal...something quite hard in the past to achieve. All of this, thanks to Bioimis. Many thanks to the Bioimis Staff.
