I regained the joy of looking at myself in the mirror!

My name is Concetta Ventura, and I am 28 years old. When I started this journey I was very skeptical along with being tired of the many diets I had tried without positive results.

Psychologically it was very frustrating because not only I was not being happy with my body, but also I kept feeling a sense of defeat for not achieving my set goals.

Bioimis changed my way of looking at diets and food completely! I lost 20 kg in 9 weeks not suffering hunger, improving my health and gaining self-esteem that I thought I didn't have anymore.
