Every other day during the slimming and detoxing phase you will receive a personalised menu with indications regarding the food to eat the next 2 following days.

For each meal you have access to hundreds of recipes giving you ideas on how to cook healthily and tastefully.

Your journal

At any time you can login to the site to confirm you have followed the recommended menu, or to note down any changes.

The more detailed your journal will be, the more detailed our menus and advice will be for you. This way you'll attain the best results in the shortest time possible.

Taking and uploading your photos to the website and app has its advantages:
