This condition results in a decrease of the respiratory rate, due to a greater contribution of air into the lungs. The benefits are higher if walking happens in the countryside, in the woods or in parks full of pure air.

Walking allows the deposit of calcium salts that prevent osteoporosis. This activity involves the major muscles of the body, toning and slimming the body.
